This painting depicts a view of a southern plantation in South Carolina. It is from the same area where the “Pond Of Flowers” oil painting was created. An impressionistic style was utilized in this gallery work, and I plan to explore and expand this style further in subsequent oil paintings. I believe the reflection of the bridge in the water with a backdrop of blooming flowers in this painting reflects the tranquility of this landscape setting. I really enjoy painting the beauty of nature.
